Critical Reminder from Tolga Comertoglu to Hotel Managers

Delphin Hotels' Board Member, Tolga Cömertoğlu, has raised a significant concern regarding the actions of resident foreigners. He highlighted that these residents are renting out their properties to foreign tourists, who then use the old hotel armbands for unauthorized access to hotel amenities. This practice diminishes hotel profits and violates policies.

Resident Foreigners and Unauthorized Hotel Access

Cömertoğlu issued a stern warning to hoteliers through his Twitter (X) account. He highlighted that foreign homeowners in Antalya are renting out their properties to other foreign tourists. Consequently, former hotel guests are using old armbands to gain access to hotel facilities without staying there. This practice disrupts normal operations and affects the overall guest experience. He urged all tourism professionals and hotel owners to be vigilant and take preventive measures.
